Compare- what is the same? Firstly…  Same character is on the cover (Auggie Pullman).   Secondly… Has the same name the person the wrote the book, the person that wrote the book is called R.J. Palacio Next… About the same kid, (Auggie Pullman) he was born with facial deformity, a combination of Treacher Collins syndrome and a hemifacial microsomia.   Lastly… Nothing in the background apart from the main character and the writing.

Contrast- what is different? Firstly… The first cover only has the face of the boy and the second on has the whole body (with clothes) Secondly…  The person that wrote the book is wonky on the first one and the second one is straight    Next…  First one has a quote “you can't blend in if you were born to stand out” and the other one doesn't have it   Lastly...  The boy is looking up at something with his astronaut helmet on and the first one is just one of his eyes and his face.

Compare- what is the same? Firstly… The title of the posters and they are both bold writing   Secondly…  They both use dark colours (greys and blacks)   Next…  Who made the film (bong joon ho) Lastly… They both have red in the posters. The red could represent blood or murders.

Contrast- what is different? Firstly…  A has a scarecrow and is in a different scene (a field or something) and B i outside of a tunnel that has a train truck   Secondly… There is a women is poster A and a man and 2 others in poster B    Next…  The women is holding an umbrella and the men are just walking in the rain with no umbrella    Lastly...  The scarecrow and women are not looking at us and the man is looking at us.
